Victoria Kostebelova has spent more than thirty years with property: buying it, repositioning it, and holding it for income. She started in a small Moscow agency in the 1990s and opened her own firm at twenty, while she was still practising as a lawyer.
The second degree is management, with a specialisation in renewable energy. That is why a house, a finca and a power project can sit in the same conversation without being treated as the same asset.
Counsel and accountants are introduced for the deal. They are not on the staff. The people who work the coast, Prague, Florida and Germany sit in the four companies below.
